Rolling out to another Super fund

If you wish to roll-out your balance to another super fund, the following options are available:

  1. Fill out the relevant sections of our Withdrawal Form and email this to us with 2 forms of ID. Please ensure you use a hand-signed signature.

  2. You can contact your chosen super fund and request an online rollover from their side.
  3. You can request a rollover through myGov by using the steps below:
    • Step 1: create a myGov account then link the ATO to your account.
If you already have a myGov account, just log in and click through to the ATO section.
    • Step 2: go to the ‘Super’ tab. In this section, you can:
      1. see details of all your super accounts, including any you have forgotten about
      2. see details of all your super, including super the ATO is holding on your behalf
    • Step 3: choose the fund you want to transfer your money from (called the ‘transferring fund’) and the fund you want to transfer your money to (called the ‘receiving fund’) from the funds listed.
    • Step 4: confirm your selection and your funds should move your accounts into one account within 5-7 business days.

If you decide to roll-out your balance, you may need to notify your employer with the details of your other super fund (you may need to complete an ATO Standard Choice form) as your Simple Choice Account will be closed.
