Rollover into Simple Choice Super from Kiwisaver

If you wish to transfer over your KiwiSaver account into your Simple Choice Account, you will need to first contact your KiwiSaver provider in order to start the transfer process. The form you receive will need to be submitted to your KiwiSaver account provider directly.
